ICF Cleveland Recognizes President’s Award Recipient
Cleveland, Ohio – The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Cleveland Chapter announces its recipient for the 2018 President’s Award. Yan Maschke, PCC, Strategy and Leadership Advisor for Yan Maschke Group, was chosen to receive this prestigious award. Having been involved with leadership and coaching for the past 20 years, Yan has connected with her passion to help other growth-oriented leaders and organizations maximize their impact.
Having been a member of ICF Cleveland for the past two years, and serving as the Programs Director, Yan was chosen for this award for her leadership style and commitment in helping to grow ICF Cleveland and its mission of the proliferation of professional coaching. She has extensive experience in management and integration and is known for her ability to drive change and results by engaging both the head and the heart at an individual and systems level.
The President’s Award is given to an active member of ICF Cleveland who represents the qualities of a professional coach, exemplifying the mission, vision, and values of the ICF Cleveland Chapter.
