10 years. 5 lessons.

This month marks the 10-year anniversary of my executive and team coaching business — supporting senior executives in bringing out the best in themselves and their teams.

I feel deeply grateful for you and your support along the way. Thank you, truly. ♥️

As I reflect on the past decade, a few lessons stand out:

1. Cultivate intuition; listen deeply within.

If I hadn’t listened to the deeper pull beyond my “dream” corporate role, I may never have found my calling.

2. Say what others won’t — with care.

Focus on the client, not our fears. That’s where real impact happens.

3. When awareness is felt — not just thought — change becomes real.

Insight alone doesn’t create change. Embodied awareness and habits do.

4. Make outcomes measurable, no matter how “soft” the work is.

Coaching may feel soft — but the results should be clear and undeniable.

5. Life is not only about striving — but also about enjoying.

Letting go of “I’m not doing enough” continues to be my hardest — and most freeing — practice.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

I look forward to what we will create together in the years ahead.
